I am a make-up junkie. I just love everything about it & especially love hearing about brands from around the world.
So I was delighted when I was contacted by Netherlands brand LOOkX with a mascara to review and giveaway for 2 lucky readers.
I had never heard of LOOkX before as I'm based in the UK but the minute I did a search on them I realized I was well out of the loop!
LOOkX are a brand that are well known in the Netherland & has featured in top glossies like Marie Claire, Cosmpolitan & Grazia. They are know for being the leading innovators in skin care with their products not being tested on animals.

The product I received to review was the Ultra Lash Mascara one of their top selling mascara's.
The mascara is formulated to give you the false eye effect.
It comes in a nice deep black and went on easy with no clumps like some of these false eyelashes mascara. The brush was a lot slimmer than some mascara brushes which I really liked as I find I always get mascara on my eyelids. Grr!

The mascara was great and lasted all day when I wore it and more importantly it did not give me a nightmare when I came to remove it. This is one of my pet peeves with using false eyelash effect mascara's - they can be a nightmare to remove.

Would love to try the LOOkX mascara. The false eyelashes mascara's i've used all seem to have huge fat brushes and as you mentioned. they tend to leave your eyelids covered too :/
