DW Festive Fitness Challenge Weeks 1 & 217:30
Christmas is going to be here in 12 weeks so yep you guessed it – it’s diet time!
For the next 12 weeks I will be embarking on a weight loss and exercise routine with DW Fitness Clubs to get me into my LBD.
I'm 2 weeks into the challenge but I've not started yet as I was waiting for the gym passes to arrive. They have now so it's time to get my ass in gear as technically I have just 10 weeks to go.
To get myself ready for the challenge I did a food diary for just over a week and I’ve worked out a little exercise regime to get me into shape.
Keeping a food diary was relatively easy I don’t have a bad diet so I will not be changing what I eat to extreme but will be replacing snacks with fruit and big carbs like pasta/rice & potato's with salad. I live on my tod so I don't have to worry about alternative meals for him/children. The main reason I believe I keep the weight on is I don’t exercise.
Not any.. zilch… nada.
I’ve not set myself a crazy target because it needs to be achievable and easy to maintain once the challenge is over. Hopefully this will lead to shifting just one dress size and toning up!
This week’s challenge? 1 hour of exercise per day for a week.
Weapons of Choice?
Exercise bike & a celebrity exercise DVD - I have a ton to choose from.
