DW Festive Fitness Challenge Weeks 3-416:00

Yes, that's right folks a lovely lady called Hannah one of DW's newest personal trainers has been whipping me into shape.
Our first session was rather impromptu and the next day I was in absolute agony - well you know the old saying no pain no gain?!
The next session my body was a bit more ready for what was in-store and after warming up, Hannah put me through a nice little workout that she devised to help get me into shape.
The following subsequent sessions have all been different with all the moves in Hannah's secret green book. Working out has been really good with keeping me focused on the challenge. Just knowing that I'm going to the gym makes me think about what I'm eating and how much water I'm drinking.

Joking aside I've never used a personal trainer before but they are really worth it. They can push you to do that extra mile or that extra squat that you can't quite get too on your own. Anyone thinking of joining a gym should definitely consider it.
So here I am just over 4 weeks into the challenge.
