Making A Splash....

06:00

I'm currently in the midst of trying to sell my house so my life consists of viewings, keeping my house 110% clean & remaining 200% positive.

I'm loving the process but all I can do is dream about my new home.

I've settled on the area, what I'm looking for in a home and now I've turned my attention to the interior especially the kitchen

I am a sucker for a bit of D.I.Y & there is nothing like moving to somewhere new to get my creative juices flowing.

I currently have a stainless steel splash back behind the sink and cooker but in my new home I just have to have a colored acrylic splash back.

I love the way these look in homes, so simple to install as you give the measurements to a plastic company and the acrylic is cut to size so it should fit perfectly when it arrives.

This type of splash back used to be hard to find but there are several retailers now offering Perspex Sheeting in all types of colors.

I'm not certain what color I want yet but knowing me it will probably be pink!!
