
One of my favorite stir fries to make is beef, ginger and spring onions with pineapple rice and what better way to make it than in my brand new wok from Ozeri.
The Green Earth Wok from Ozeri is one of the world's first non stick wok's that doesn't use PTFE & PFOA to create a non stick coating instead using ecozeri a eco friendly ceramic coating.
I've never heard of the Ozeri brand before but any wok that comes in a fab bright green color has to be bought!
The Wok arrived quickly from Amazon and I was dead keen to cook something fab as soon as possible.
As well as having a eco friendly coating the wok also claims that its easy to clean and less oil is needed because of the coating.
Okay, let's see. First up Pineapple Fried Rice.
After prepping all my ingredients, I decided to not take any chances & I used a soft heat proof bendy plastic stirrer. Using a tiny bit of oil I popped the ingredients into the pan. They cooked easily and when I finished not one grain of rice had stuck to the bottom.
Brilliant. Now the beef stir fry - will the sauce stick to the bottom?
You guess it, not a single drop. The wok cooks food superbly & cooking the stir fry was easy and nothing stuck to the bottom - great for me and my belly!

As your not supposed to 'wash' wok's I gave the pan a good swill and wiped the bottom of the pan with a paper towel. No food residue was left behind and all the coating was still in place.
Result!
This wok is fantastic and so far lives up to all its claims and I can't wait to make more dishes in my new wok.
